* Daily rentals; reservations must be made at least one day in advance.

* Accommodates up to 12 passengers (not exceeding 1631 lbs combined).
* Recommended no more than 10 adults on board.
* 4-stroke Yamaha 90 HP engines.
* Bluetooth, AM/FM Radio.
* Fuel included (up to 1 full tank of gas).
* USCG certified life vests (Children & Infant sizes available), all safety equipment provided.
* Dry storage bin (waterproof your belongings).
* Easy access ladder.
* Bimini top for ample onboard shade.

* Free onsite parking. Limited space on high volume days; carpooling recommended.
Restrictions
* Pontoon boats are restricted from the Gulf of Mexico & the East Pass, for use in designated waterways only.
* Boats cannot be used as shuttles.
* Boaters born after Jan. 1, 1988, require a Florida Boaters Test, available on-site or online.
* Must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license & credit card.
* Experience and skill to captain your boat is required.
* No glass bottles or similar items allowed on the boat.
* Silly string, BBQ grills, towables, and generators are prohibited.
Additional Information
* Proficiency in English for the driver is necessary for instructions and communication.
* Recommended items: towels, coolers with food & drinks, suntan lotion, water toys, and sunglasses.
* Complimentary life jackets for kids under 6.
* All boats equipped with U.S. Coast Guard-approved life jackets and required safety gear.
* A map of the waterway provided for navigation.
* Pets allowed on our vessels.
* Unfavorable weather leads to rescheduling or a refund.

Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel at least 24 hours prior to their arrival date and time to receive a full refund minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the trip may be rescheduled for later time/day or a full refund will be issued. If there is rain while you are on your trip & you are called back in early, the price will be prorated accordingly, as long as you check in with the reservation booth at end of your trip. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to the reservation without any fees as long as it's outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
